According to a report from CSN Bay Area's Kevin Kurz, the San Jose Sharks may be looking to add an assistant coach to their front office, possibly fromer Shark and current scout Bryan Marchment.

Along with Marchment, San Jose is also looking at a number of other candidates from within their system such as development coach Mike Ricci, scout Dirk Graham, or possibly a member of their AHL affiliate coaching staff.

San Jose hasn't been making many splashes since the end of their season a few weeks ago in the first round of the NHL playoffs, but is trying to figure out something new to push them into the Stanley Cup Finals next season.
