The official NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs schedule will be announced on Sunday, April 8th. Find out where and when the San Jose Sharks will be playing in the first round of the postseason.

The San Jose Sharks have known for a few days now that they will be heading into the NHL playoffs, but they picked up a big overtime win in their regular season finale on Saturday against the Los Angeles Kings to earn the No. 7 seed in the playoffs. As such, that means they will be facing the St. Louis Blues in the first round of the postseason, but the full playoff schedule has yet to be released.

The Sharks will not have to wait long for an answer, however. According to NHL.com, the full NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs schedule will be released on Sunday, April 8th at 10:00 a.m. PT. The schedule will be announced on the NHL Network, but you can also watch the schedule announcement and official series matchups streaming live online at NHL.com.
