The San Francisco Giants find themselves 5.5 games clear of the Los Angeles Dodgers in the NL West after their latest series, looking to stay in the win column against their last place division rival Colorado Rockies.
Colorado lost seven of eight in back-to-back four-game series against Atlanta and Philadelphia on the road, now hoping that a return to Coors Field will change their fate. The Giant swept the Rockies during their last visit to Denver in early August and are looking for a repeat performance.
