Even though the San Francisco Giants had their six-game win streak snapped on Saturday by the Atlanta Braves, they'll look to close out the series with a victory as Tim Lincecum takes the mound.
Lincecum (7-13, 5.30 ERA) has been far from stellar, but he's been much more steady as of late. He won his third consecutive road start Tuesday after 5.2 innings of work en route to a 4-1 victory over the Dodgers, but has lost both of his starts at home this month to go along with a 5.73 ERA. He's also lost three of his last four outings against Atlanta.
Atlanta will send out Tim Hudson (12-4, 3.69 ERA), who is hoping to get back to his winning ways. He gave up four runs in the first inning of Monday's 5-4, 13-inning loss to the Nationals, though Atlanta had won the previous eight games in which Hudson started.
First pitch is set for 5:00 p.m. PT with coverage on CSN Bay Area and KNBR 680 AM.
