Giants Vs. Nationals, Final Score: Nats Dominate Once More For 9-4 Victory

Well, the Nation's capital has been anything but friendly to the San Francisco Giants since their arrival. Trying to fight off the blistering heat and humidity is one thing, but the Washington National's offense has been doing the real damage, taking out Madison Bumgarner and the Black and Orange by the score of 9-4.

Bumgarner lasted just five innings, giving up seven home runs on nine hits including three Nationals home runs. Pablo Sandoval and Buster Posey tried to get the Giants going early with Panda's seventh home run of the season and an RBI grounder from Buster, but the Nats offense simply erupted for the second straight day against the G-Men.

The Giants will look to avoid being swept on Thursday as Mr. Perfect Matt Cain takes the mound to take on the Nationals' Ross Detwiller. First pitch is set for 4:05 p.m. PT with coverage on CSN Bay Area and KNBR 680 AM.
