Giants Vs. Dodgers Lineups: Hector Sanchez Starts, Buster Posey Sits

Stay connected for news and updates

The San Francisco Giants get ready to host their arch-rival Los Angeles Dodgers Monday night at AT&T Park after taking two of three from the Oakland Athletics. Nathan Eovaldi is starting for the Dodgers as he faces Barry Zito for the Giants.

Monday's starting lineups are interesting in the sense for the Giants that Buster Posey gets a day off and Hector Sanchez takes his place. Sanchez is a fairly capable hitter, although he doesn't walk much and can't get much power off the bat as Posey. Also Angel Pagan gets to cleanup.
