As the San Francisco Giants are only hours away from the first pitch of their opening day matchup with the Arizona Diamondbacks, fans around the country wait with faded breath for the start of the 2012 season for their Giants and D-backs.

The Giants finally get a chance to test out their new lineup, filled with much more speed, youth, and hopefully offensive prowess than 2011. CSN Bay Area's Jaymee Sire got the chance to catch up with the skipper at Chase Field Friday morning, asking him about how he feels about his team this year, his thoughts on the 2012 Diamondbacks, and what it will take to get back to the postseason this year.

Bochy as always was asked about his catcher Buster Posey, and whether or not he will catch this whole sereis at Chase Field. Bochy noted they'll have to keep an eye on him, but that is the plan.
