Giants vs. Dodgers, Starting Lineups: Miguel Tejada Looking to Stay Hot

It seemingly has taken all season for me to say this, but Miguel Tejada is hot right now.

Tejada has struggled mightily on offense since joining the San Francisco Giants, but has been lights out so far in the month of July. Tejada is batting .341 since July 1, along with a .386 OBP, two home runs (he has three total all year), six RBI, and seven runs scored. Sure those numbers aren’t mind-blowing, but considering where Tejada was before (.254 BA in June, .218 in May) it’s a sight for sore eyes to see Miggy getting on base and being productive.

As for the rest of the Giants lineup Andres Torres will lead off and play center field, Mike Fontenot will bat second and play second, while Nate Schierholtz will bat clean up once again for skipper Bruce Bochy. Chris Stewart will catch Ryan Vogelsong tonight, while Cody Ross will start in left field.
