The San Francisco 49ers have reportedly let go of three other players in the effort to get the team down to the 53 man roster. Niners Nation has compiled most of the names.
- Tight end Konrad Reuland was one of those names that were cut. Reuland was signed by the 49ers as an undrafted free agent in 2011. Reuland is eligible for the practice squad. Reuland used to play for head coach Jim Harbaugh.
- Linebacker Eric Bakhtiari was signed by the 49ers in his second stint with the team. Unlike Reuland, he is not practice-squad eligible. It is the ninth time Bakhtiari has been released by an NFL squad.
- Linebacker Michael Wilhoite was also released, and he'll be re-signed to the practice squad if not claimed.

Another former Harbaugh player also got released, as wide receiver Chris Owusu is on the outs. Owusu was an undrafted free agent
