The San Francisco 49ers might have shored up their wide receiving depth in free agency when they landed Mario Manningham and Randy Moss, but they still probably wouldn't mind another guy who could go out there and stretch the field a little bit better for Alex Smith. With the 30th pick in the first round of the 2012 NFL Draft, the Niners have plenty of likely options of who they could take, depending on who they're looking for come Thursday night.

Wes Bunting of the National Football Post releases his latest NFL mock draft, and the Niners do take a receiver with their first round pick, one Stephen Hill of Georgia Tech. Bunting explains his reasoning.

Hill is going to need to become a more consistent route runner. However, at 6-5 he showcases some natural short-area quickness to his game and knows how to go up and get the football vertically. He’s one of the draft's elite size/speed combos at the receiver spot and his stock is on the rise.
