The San Francisco 49ers are preparing for the upcoming 2012 NFL Draft. Following last week's NFL Combine in Indianapolis, the team has a new wave of information to pore over and will need to weigh what they've seen and scouted this season with their needs for 2012 and their positioning in the first round of the draft.

David Fucillo at Niners Nation has compiled a database of the 30 most recent mock drafts. Specifically, he lists the player that each analyst has predicted will be selected as the Niners' first round draft pick. You can find that database by clicking right here.
The names that pop up the most often for the 49ers are Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets wide receiver Stephen Hill and Rutgers Scarlet Knights wide receiver Mohamed Sanu. It's no secret that the biggest deficiency of the current 49ers team is in the wideout slot.
Hill has seen his stock skyrocket after an impressive showing at the Combine. His time in the 40 was impressive and he performed well in all wide receiver drills. If he's still on the board when the 49ers first round pick rolls around, they could do a lot worse than selecting him.
