Right before halftime Davis chopped Seattle's Anthony Hargrove from behind on a third-and-1 putting Hargrove in an awkward and vulnerable position. It was most certainly a penalty that should have been called, but Davis will have to pay up with cash instead of yards.
Davis was fined $25,000 earlier this season for tripping Philadelphia Eagles defensive end Justin Babin twice during the game, getting called for a penalty each time he did so.
