The Sacramento Kings have two picks in the 2012 NBA Draft. They're currently slated to draft with the 5th pick in the first round and the sixth pick in the second round. There is much speculation about Sacramento potentially dealing one or both of these picks. The Kings could be looking for a veteran that'll help upgrade their overall skill level while giving the team a solid on-the-court leader.
DraftExpress released their latest mock draft, and the Kings end up upgrading in size with both picks. With their first pick, the Kings take Andre Drummond, the UConn freshman center. Drummond has massive potential based on his overall athleticism, and could potentially grow into an excellent franchise big man down the road.
Their second pick goes to taking Draymond Green of Michigan State. Green could potentially be an energy guy or another young quality big that could complement Jason Thompson inside. Getting two quality bigs like that could help better improve the depth of Sacramento's frontline, potentially making them better defensively.
Talk about the Kings potentially taking Drummond and Green over at Sactown Royalty.
