The Sacramento Kings and Boston Celtics seemed like they would be locked in combat for most of the game, but the second half proved to be a different story. Sacramento unleashed 41 points in the third quarter to take total control, and cruised to the 4th quarter en route to a 26 point victory.

Marcus Thornton was unleashed, hitting 36 points on 24 shots (including five three-pointers), plus five steals, four points and four assists. Isaiah Thomas dished 10 assists to go along with his 10 points. It was the Kings interior that really made an impact, as DeMarcus Cousins had 20 points and seven boards and Jason Thompson put in 21 points and 15 rebounds. The Kings got this monster win without Tyreke Evans.

Ray Allen had 26, Paul Pierce put in 19, and Brandon Bass added 16, but Rajon Rondo struggled and the Celtics were manhandled on the boards 45-28.
