The Oakland Raiders could fall in the draft depending on how the last two weeks of the season play out.

While playoff teams like the San Francisco 49ers play for playoff positioning, the rest of the league is either playing spoiler or playing for NFL Draft positioning. And that's where you'll find the Oakland Raiders.

For teams who are already eliminated from contention, they are keeping an eye on where they'll be slotted when the upcoming draft arrives. As of now, the Raiders would have the third pick in the draft. But they are currently tied with the Philadelphia Eagles and Detroit Lions at 4-10, so the final two weeks could change where they are slotted.

According to ESPN's Mel Kiper, Georgia outside linebacker Jarvis Jones, Notre Dame linebacker Manti Te'o, Utah defensive tackle Star Lotulelei, Texas A&M defensive end Damontre Moore and Texas A&M offensive tackle Luke Joeckel are the top five prospects in the draft. The Raiders have holes all over and could be in a position to pick the best player available. Any of these players could possibly be a Raider next season.
