After three quarters of play, the Oakland Raiders trail the Baltimore Ravens, 48-17.

The Raiders have been unable to curb Baltimore's offensive onslaught, as the Ravens poured in 21 more points in the third quarter compared to seven for Oakland.

Baltimore struck first in the quarter on a 47-yard touchdown strike from Joe Flacco to wide receiver Torrey Smith. The Raiders responded a little more than three minutes later thanks to a 30-yard touchdown from Carson Palmer to Denarius Moore, but it was all Ravens for the rest of the period.

Smith brought in his second touchdown pass of the game following an Oakland turnover on a punt return, their second turnover of the game. Baltimore struck again a few minutes later on a 9-play, 73-yard drive coming after a three-and-out by the Raiders.

A loss against the Ravens would drop Oakland to 3-6 on the season.
