According to a report form the San Jose Mercury News, Oakland Raiders free agent center Samson Satele was arrested in his native Hawaii on a charge of disorderly conduct Sunday morning, as first reported by the Star-Advertiser.
Satele was arrested around 4 a.m. at an Aiea, Hawaii shopping center that has multiple late-night restaurants and bars. The 27-year-old Satele was released from jail after posting $500 bail at around 4:50 a.m according to report. Satele lives in Hawaii during the offseason.
Although the charge is only a petty misdemeanor Satele is still scheduled to show up in court on April 18. No further information available.
The Raiders, under new general manager Reggie McKenzie and new coach Dennis Allen, are still re-working their offensive line and it's not known what their plans are at center.
