A sports view from the left coast
The Oakland Raiders aren't going to the playoffs, but they did get a big play from their tight end pickup Kevin Boss in their final contest against the San Diego Chargers, as he scored their final touchdown of the season. Boss definitely took a punishing hit in grabbing this score too.
It hasn't been the greatest season for Boss. His receptions are down and his overall production was down from last year, but at least he'll have a pretty tough catch to finish this year.
