Raiders Vs. Packers: Jacoby Ford, Denarius Moore Sit Out Thursday Practice

Stay connected for news and updates

The Oakland Raiders are looking like they could be extremely short-handed on Sunday as they try and shock the undefeated Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field. The Raiders were already expecting to be without Darren McFadden, but now they could also be without Jacoby Ford and Denarius Moore. Ford and Moore have been banged up and missed games recently, but there was hope they could return for Sunday's game against the Packers. Instead, they missed their second straight day of practice on Thursday and are looking questionable at best to play.

Can the Raiders defeat the Packers without McFadden, Ford and Moore? Taiwan Jones is also sidelined, while Chaz Schilens has actually returned to the practice field. If the Raiders will be rolling out a receiver corps of Darrius Heyward-Bey, Chaz Schilens, TJ Houshmandzadeh and Louis Murphy, they are going to be counting heavily on Michael Bush. The odds are long for an upset, but maybe the "any given Sunday" phenomenon will make an appearance this Sunday.
