Madden NFL 12 Roster Updates, Week 16: Raiders See Two Players Go Up In Rating

The Week 16 roster update for Madden NFL 12 is set to go live, and unlike past weeks, the Oakland Raiders are coming out rather well. They lost their last outing and just about eliminated themselves from playoff contention by allowing Matthew Stafford to orchestrate a big comeback late in the game. The Detroit Lions, accordingly, have essentially stamped their ticket into the playoffs. It was not a good week for the Raiders in that regard.

But they did come out well in the Week 16 roster update, even if there weren't many changes for them. There's only two changes overall and both of them are to player overall rating. Despite losing, both of their changes are increases, which bodes well for a team that I consider to have been screwed multiple times this year. Wide receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey increased from 78 to 79 and linebacker Rolando McClain moved up from 84 to 85. Both players play well on Madden at this point.
