The Oakland Raiders will host the Chicago Bears on Sunday for Week 12 action. Although the game should be a close one, the announcement by the Bears that quarterback Jay Cutler will not be playing has provided an excellent opportunity to take advantage of a potentially vulnerable Chicago team.
