Darren McFadden Injury Update: McFadden Could Return For Next Game

The Raiders suffered two losses on Sunday. They lost a surprising game to the Kansas City Chiefs, 28-0 but also lost league-leading rusher Darren McFadden to a sprained right foot after only two carries. But according to AOL Sporting News, McFadden won't be out for long.

With the Raiders having their bye week this week, they won't be back on the field until Nov. 6 against the Denver Broncos, giving McFadden plenty of time to get healthy enough to continue his breakout season and lead a Raiders offense that leans on his ability to run the ball more than most teams lean on their running games.

McFadden's backup, Michael Bush, rushed for 99 yards on 17 carries on Sunday in relief but for the long-term, he isn't McFadden, who has proven to be one of the best backs in the league this season. After watching quarterbacks Kyle Boller and Carson Palmer combine to throw six interceptions, McFadden's presence will be needed if the Raiders want to continue their early season success.
