The A's will face the Yankees in the Bronx. Oakland will try to contain the potent Yanks lineup in a three-game series.

The Oakland Athletics managed to avoid a sweep on the road at the hands of the Detroit Tigers, but now they'll face perhaps an even tougher opponent as they head to the Bronx to take on the New York Yankees. The Yankees just completed a winning series against the Blue Jays and continue to duke it out with the Baltimore Orioles for the top spot in the American League East.

Can the A's help their own Wild Card cause and play the role of spoiler at the same time?
