Warriors Vs. 76ers: Stephen Curry Out Again, W's Tweaking With Lineup

The Golden State Warriors are running out of season if they want to make the playoffs this season, and with guard Stephen Curry sitting out once again with his foot injury, head coach Mark Jackson is going to try some tweaking in his lineup heading into their meeting with the Philadelphia 76ers Friday evening.

Per Rusty Simmons on Twitter:

McQuire earned his playing time after having a terrific showing against the Atlanta Hawks on Wednesday, being the W's best defender while pulling 15 boards in their 85-82 victory. This defensive-minded squad will take on a 76ers team that hasn't scored 100 points in 19 straight games, but have only allowed it twice in that same span.

Philly is currently giving up a league low 87.1 points a game, and even though it's the 50th anniversary of Wilt Chamberlain's 100 point game, you're likely not going to see triple digits from either team in the city of Brotherly Love tonight.

All fans in attendance at the Wells Fargo Center Friday night will get a piece of the floor from that epic game back in 1962, commemorating Chamberlain's amazing feat.

Tipoff is set for 5:00 p.m. PT with coverage on CSN Bay Area.
