Warriors Vs. Lakers: Charles Jenkins To Start For Curry, Andris Biedrins Game-Time Decision

According to CSN Bay Area Warriors insider Matt Steinmetz, rookie guard Charles Jenkins will get the start against the Los Angeles Lakers Friday night in the absence of Stephen Curry once again, while big man Andris Biedrins will be a game time decision with an ankle issue as well.

Jenkins, the second-round pick out of Hofstra will start over the newly acquired Nate Robinson or other backup Ish Smith, who according to Steinmetz may be falling out of favor with Mark Jackson.

As for Biedrins, Steinmetz tweeted earlier on Friday that he did the big fella didn't practice on Thursday as he is dealing with an ankle/toe injury suffered last game against the Spurs.

It's got to be difficult for Jackson to try and build continuity with so many of his starters missing time this season already. On the other hand, it gives the other guys play time and opportunities to step up and build their confidence against Kobe and Co. this evening.
