The Golden State Warriors opened their longest homestand of the season Friday night against the Indiana Pacers, welcoming Stephen Curry back to the lineup for the first time since January 4. And with both teams shooting under 40% for the half, Golden State finds themselves tied 43-43 at the half.
The W's trailed by four after the first quarter, but opened the second with a nice run to back the lead, trading the lead back-and-forth with Indiana. Golden State has struggled a bit offensively, but some balanced production has kept them in it with Dorell Wright leading the way with 13 and four boards, Monta Ellis added 8 on 3-8 shooting, while Brandon Rush and David Lee have added five. Steph Curry is 2-8 from the floor with 5 points.
Luckily the Pacers haven't scored much better with David West and Danny Granger most of the damage thus far, scoring 10 and 15 respectfully. Former Warrior Lou Amundson has zero points in five minutes on the floor.
Someone is going to have to get it going in the second half, or the W's might begin their homestand with an ugly L.
