Through the first 9 games of their season, Monta Ellis has been doing just about everything for the Golden State Warriors. Thursday, his hard work was reflected in the first wave of the 2012 All-Star balloting as Ellis came in seventh place amongst guards in the Western Conference.
Kobe Bryant (690,613 votes) leads all the Western guards (he leads all vote getters in fact), followed by Chris Paul (540,173), Ricky Rubio (133,520), Steve Nash (118,922), and Russell Westbrook (107,197;). Ellis currently has 63,696 votes, so make sure you get out there and vote for him!
The 2012 NBA All-Star Game will be played at Amway Center in Orlando on Sunday, Feb. 26, 2012 and airs live at 5 p.m. PT on TNT.
