Mitch Richmond and Chris Mullin: "(Run TMC) Most Fun Playing Basketball"

Stay connected for news and updates

Jay-Z and Kanye West's "Watch the Throne" album may have been the most anticipated event of the summer. But I can guarantee that for Warriors fans, Ahmad Rashad's roundtable with Run TMC coming to NBATV this Octoboer will be even bigger than that. Today on their official Facebook page, the Golden State Warriors posted a preview of this roundtable discussion with Warrior legends Tim Hardaway, Mitch Richmond, and Chris Mullin. From the preview, the three of them seem to remember the times together pretty fondly with Mullin and Richmond agreeing that those few seasons were their best in the NBA. Another interesting tidbit? Don Nelson let them ditch the playbook so long as they "played the right way." According to Mullin, that meant "sharing the ball."

Dime Magazine (dot.com) has a slightly lengthier piece from first person observation of the taping, which was conducted at the Hall of Fame enshrinement. From the looks of this preview though, Warrior fans better set their DVRs.
