Warriors v. Thunder, NBA Score Update: Warriors Make 6 Points in Ten Seconds to Force Overtime with Thunder

Stay connected for news and updates

The Golden State Warriors were down to the Thunder the whole fourth quarter until with 15 seconds left and Oklahoma City up six points Reggie Williams hit a three from the top of the key, then an errant inbound pass allowed Monta Ellis to hit another to tie it up at 106 apiece, forcing an extra 5 minutes of overtime with the Thunder.

Stephen Curry has been unconscious tonight, scoring 35 points so far as well as 5-7 from downtown. Monta had been struggling all night until his timely three at the end of regulation shooting 8 for 27 for 17 points.

The fact that an overtime was forced at all just goes to show how much the Warriors want this game, and it’s great to see them show so much heart and tenacity with their season all but over. Really makes me happy to see them not cave and fight it out until the final buzzer.
