Giants vs. Reds NLDS: No changes to the lineups for Game 2

The lineups for Game 2 of the NLDS will be the same as they were in Game 1, as the Giants look to even the best-of-five series.

The Giants need to win Game 2 of the NLDS on Sunday to avoid making the trip to Cincinnati needing to take all three games from the Reds. They lost Game 1 of the series 5-2 at home on Saturday, and will play Game 2 in San Francisco before Cincinnati hosts the final three games of the series.

The Giants will send Madison Bumgarner to the hill on Sunday. Bumgarner was 16-11 with a 3.37 ERA during the regular season. He'll be facing Bronson Arroyo of the Reds, and Arroyo was 12-10 with a 3.74 ERA this year.

The lineups for Game 2 are as follows:

  9. Bumgarner P

Game 2 is scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 7 at 6:30 p.m. PT from AT&T Park in San Francisco.
