San Francisco Giants players talk about their game one match-up with the Cincinnati Reds.

The MLB playoffs are upon us once more, and the San Francisco Giants begin their quest for their second World Series in the last three years. Many players remain from the 2010 squad that won it all, though there are a number of new faces as well. Nevertheless, skipper Bruce Bochy has his players ready to take on the challenges that await them in the Cincinnati Reds.

Pablo Sandoval is sporting a new hairdo, but is also brimming with confidence heading into the first round of the playoffs. Remeber, he was left off the 2010 postseason roster, so this is his first trip to the second season. Pablo talks about how he and the team are feeling heading into game one:

Hunter Pence had an cool-handed demeanor as he talked about some of the difficulties in playing these Reds, especially their terrific bullpen:

Game one starter Matt Cain talked about the importance of starting the series at home in his press conference, as well as how he's dealing with his nerves and how Buster Posey deals with all the different styles of pitchers he has to deal with:

Game one starts from AT&T Park at 6:37 p.m. PT with coverage on the TBS Network.
