Cardinals vs. Giants lineups, NLCS Game 2: San Francisco must overcome Chris Carpenter

The San Francisco Giants will attempt to win their first home playoff game this post-season on Monday.

The San Francisco Giants will attempt to win their first home game in the 2012 post-season and tie the NLCS at 1-1, but will have to overcome St. Louis Cardinals ace Chris Carpenter in order to do so. Carpenter has a 10-2 career record in the post-season.

The Giants will send Ryan Vogelsong to the mound to counter Carpenter.

The Cardinals defeated the Giants, 6-4, in Game 1 of the NLCS on Sunday.
