Andrew Weber-US PRESSWIRE - Presswire

The game times for the National League Championship Series have been announced, with the San Francisco Giants waiting for the opponent to be named.

The San Francisco Giants still don't know if they're playing the Washington Nationals or the St. Louis Cardinals, but they now have the time of when Game 1 of the NLCS will be played -- Sunday at 5:15 p.m. PT on FOX.

The NLCS is a 2-3-2 format so if the Cardinals win Friday's Game 5 of their divisional series, the Giants will be beginning the series at home. If the Nationals are able to complete the comeback in the series, though, San Francisco will be forced to spend the first two games of the series in Washington.

The rest of the seven game series schedule is as follows (all PT):

Game 2: Monday, Oct. 15 at 5:07 p.m.

Game 3: Wednesday, Oct. 17 at 1:07 p.m.

Game 4: Thursday, Oct. 18 at 5:07 p.m.

Game 5: Friday, Oct. 19 at 5:07 p.m.

Game 6: Sunday, Oct. 21 at 1:45 p.m.

Game 7: Monday, Oct. 22 at 5:07 p.m.
