Mario Manningham of the San Francisco 49ers is still not practicing as the team gets set to take on the Miami Dolphins.

The San Francisco 49ers have released their latest injury report for this week against the Miami Dolphins. The most interesting piece of news seems to be centered around wide receiver Mario Manningham, who continues to deal with an injury to his shoulder and did not practice. His status for Sunday's game is still very much in doubt. If Manningham is hurt, that could open up opportunities for Randy Moss or even A.J. Jenkins, who has been on the practice squad.

Cornerback Tarell Brown recovered from a hamstring issue and was limited on Thursday after not practicing on Wednesday. Linebacker Aldon Smith is also limited with a shoulder issue.

Kicker David Akers (pelvis) and cornerback Chris Culliver (illness) practiced in full after being limited on Wednesday. Also fully practicing were linebacker NaVorro Bowman (shoulder), linebacker Tavares Gooden (knee, elbow), running back Frank Gore (wrist), guard Mike Iupati (shoulder), cornerback Carlos Rogers (knee), and linebacker Patrick Willis (shoulder).
