Cardinals vs. 49ers: Game time, TV schedule and more

Matt Kartozian-US PRESSWIRE

The Cardinals will head to The Stick to take on the Niners in a game with big playoff implications in the NFC West picture.

The San Francisco 49ers will take on the Arizona Cardinals in what will undoubtedly be a lopsided affair on Sunday at Candlestick Park.

The Niners are headed to the playoffs, and it's only a question of where they will find themselves seeded when the NFC playoff picture shapes out following what will be an eventful Week 17 in the NFL. San Francisco can grab the No. 2 seed and secure a playoff bye with a win and some help, or they can fall as low as having to play in the Wild Card game on the road. At 10-4-1, they've had their share of up and downs this season, but a convincing win against the Cardinals is what they need most.

In their last meeting, San Francisco dominated Arizona on the road, 24-3. With the home crowd behind them and plenty to play for, the Niners should take care of business.

Game time: Sunday, Dec. 30

Location: Candlestick Park, San Francisco, Calif.

Television: Fox and DirecTV 718, NFL RedZone

Radio: Sirrius XM: 92
