In a game with plenty of playoff and NFC West implications, the San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks have opened even which is a testament to where these two teams are right now. The three lines that didn't have them even only had the 49ers as a 1-point favorite.

Part of this is due to the Seattle Seahawks playing at home. The Seahawks are undefeated in their stadium and are widely considered to have the best home-field advantage in the league. They will also be playing for a higher seed and possibly a shocking NFC West title. A lot will be on the line.

But the Niners are coming off a big Sunday Night Football win over the New England Patriots. This has the makings of one of the best games of the season. Both teams have something to lose as well as something to gain. The line shows that respect to both sides. If it barely moves all week, that wouldn't be a surprise.
