The San Francisco 49ers had all of their injured players fully practice on Thursday in preparation for Sunday's game against the St. Louis Rams.

The San Francisco 49ers continue to look as if they're as healthy as they can possibly be as a team. Seven players are listed as injured on their latest injury report, but all seven fully practiced on Thursday. Here is the full injury report for both the 49ers and their Week 10 opponent St. Louis Rams, courtesy of 49ers.com.

Linebacker Tavares Gooden (elbow), running back Frank Gore (hand), offensive guard Daniel Kilgore (concussion), punter Andy Lee (hand), wide receiver Mario Manningham (shoulder), quarterback Alex Smith (right finger), and defensive tackle/fullback Will Tukuafu (wrist) all were full participants in practice.

The St. Louis Rams have been less fortunate. Defensive end Euge Sims (knee) and safety Darian Stewart (knee) were listed as DNPs. Defensive tackle Kendall Langford did not practice for non-injury reasons. Wide receiver Danny Amendola (shoulder), linebacker Mario Haggan (thigh), offensive tackle Wayne Hunter (back), defensive tackle Kellen Heard (foot) and offensive tackle Rodger Saffold (knee) were limited. Offensive tackle Barry Richardson and linebacker Justin Cole both fully practiced.
