The second round of the Tour Championship is underway at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta, Ga., and Jim Furyk and Matt Kuchar are making a charge up the leaderboard early on in Friday's action.
Kuchar and Furyk currently find themselves tied for the lead with Tiger Woods and Justin Rose at 4-under for the week. Furyk has the hottest round of the day so far after making three birdies in his first four holes of the day. Woods and Rose are yet to begin their rounds. Other than them, very few players are making any moves on Friday.
Robert Garrigus and Brandt Snedeker are 1-under for their rounds today, moving into a tie for fifth at 3-under for the week along with Steve Stricker, Bo Van Pelt and Scott Piercy. Northern California native Nick Watney is really struggling today as he is 4-over for a the day and 9-over for the week through 12 holes on Friday.
