Aaron Rodgers Loses Bet, Has To Wear Alex Smith Jersey

Stay connected for news and updates

Aaron Rodgers probably doesn't feel like doing his Discount Double Check/WWE title belt celebration after Sunday's loss to the San Francisco 49ers.

And he probably feels a little worse now that he must pay off a bet debt that has to do with 49ers quarterback Alex Smith. We can all thank those wonderful crooners from the '90s, Boyz II Men, for this bit of humor.

Rogers, according to TMZ, must wear a Smith 49ers jersey after he made a bet with Nathan Morris of the the R&B group -- famous for such hits as "Motownphilly" -- that he'd do so if Boyz II Men agreed to sing the national anthem at a Packers game.

Well, Morris and the fellas appeared before Sunday's season opener at Lambeau Field against the Niners, and San Francisco beat Rodgers and the Packers. So it's now on Rodgers to pay off this purported wager.

We'll look for the photographic proof.
