As the U.S. women's national soccer team continues to charge through their competition, their latest victim came in the form of the New Zealand national team, dominating the Kiwi's by the score of 2-0 at the 2012 Olympic games in London.

32-year-old striker Abby Wambach slid into a pass in the 27th minute to net her fourth goal of these Olympic games, while Sydney Leroux added another in the 87th minute of the match to keep the two-time defending Olympic champions undefeated.

Wambach extended her U.S. record with her eighth career Olympic goal, a record that stands despite the fact she missed the 2008 Beijing Games with a broken leg.

The USWNT will play the winner of the Britain-Canada match in Manchester on Monday.
