The 2012 U.S. Open will continue Wednesday and a number of notable names from both the men's and women's draw will be on the court.
Three of the top five seeds in the women's draw will play Wednesday, including No. 1 seed Victoria Azarenka. Azarenka will face Kristen Flipkens while No. 3 seed Maria Sharapova and No. 5 seed Petra Kvitova will also be on the court. On the men's side, No. 3 seed Andy Murray and No. 4 seed David Ferrer are among the notable names in action.
In addition to a few of the top seeds, two current Stanford seniors will also be in action on Wednesday. Mallory Burdette will face Lucie Hradecka in the second round while Bradley Klahn will face Jurgen Melzer in the first round. Burdette advanced to the second round with a 6-4, 6-3 win in the first round.
Wednesday's action begins at 8 a.m. PT with television coverage beginning on the Tennis Channel. The Tennis Channel will have live match coverage from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. PT with additional coverage available on ESPN2 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. PT. Matches can also be streamed live online at the U.S. Open official site.

8 a.m.: No. 4 David Ferrer vs. Kevin Anderson
8 a.m. Bradley Klahn vs. Jurgen Melzer.
4 p.m.: No. 3 Andy Murray vs. Ivan Dodig
