The United States had nothing to worry about heading into the final day of the 2012 Olympic Games in London. They knew that, entering Sunday, they were assured of winning the most total medals and most gold medals, but that didn't stop them from picking up two more big wins.
The U.S. won a gold medal in wrestling on Sunday and of course, picked up their second straight gold medal in men's basketball behind the latest version of the Dream Team, as they bested Spain in the gold medal game. The United States finished with 104 total medals and 46 gold medals, while China finished with 87 total medals and 38 gold medals.
