2012 PGA Championship Leaderboard Update: Tiger Woods Struggles In Round 3 Play

Stay connected for news and updates

Play continues in Round 3 of the 2012 PGA Championship, and with the leaders finishing up the front nine there's been some serious movement on the leaderboard. Tiger Woods, Vijay Singh and Carl Pettersson all started the day tied for first place, but Singh is the only man who was able to stay there.

Singh currently shooting 2-under on the day, leaving him 6-under for the tournament. He's tied for first with Rory McIlroy, who improved his standing by shooting 4-under on the front nine. Carl Pettersson hasn't fallen too far, managing an even par through eight holes, but Tiger has struggled, picking up bogeys on holes four, five and six. That leaves him 3-over through seven, 1-under overall, and sliding ten places down the leaderboard to sit tied for 11th place.
