Athletics Vs. White Sox Final Score: Oakland Gives Up Walk-Off 4-3 Win

On Friday night, the Oakland Athletics were on the other end of a walk-off win for a change, this time to the Chicago White Sox. The A's were unable to make an early led hold up and the Sox chipped away for an eventual 4-3 win to open the three-game series in Chicago.

Josh Reddick managed an RBI groundout in the first inning to get the A's on the board first. Brandon Moss contributed a two-run homer in the second to make it 3-0 Oakland.

A.J. Pierzynski led off the bottom of the second inning with a home run to make it 3-1 and Alexei Ramirez contributed a solo homer in the fourth to make it 3-2. In the bottom of the seventh, Dayan Viciedo led off with a home run to tie things up, finally knocking starter Brandon McCarthy out of the game after three solo homers in six-plus innings of work.

With two outs in the bottom of the ninth inning, Pat Neshek gave up -- what else? -- a solo home run to Jordan Danks to end the game.
