Bet you didn't expect Webb Simpson to win the 2012 U.S. Open, but there he was holding the trophy Sunday night in San Francisco at the Olympic Club. Simpson had a solid final round by going under-par thanks to a stretch of four birdies in five holes midway through. Simpson then saw Jim Furyk flub a few holes down the stretch.
Tiger Woods did not perform well this weekend, ending up at +7 after all was said and done Sunday. Woods came into the weekend at -1 but struggled through Saturday and Sunday with ten overall bogeys and a double bogey in his final round.
