Triple Crown 2012: I'll Have Another Set Sights On Triple Crown

After no one expected it to happen in 2012, the Triple Crown is now tantalizingly possible for one surprising horse.

I'll Have Another was not expected to win the Kentucky Derby. The odds were against him winning the Preakness Stakes. Yet on Saturday in Pimlico, I'll Have Another put on a repeat performance of his thrilling victory at Churchill Downs and chased down betting favorite Bodemeister in the home stretch.

I'll Have Another has now secured the first two wins that comprise the Triple Crown and will be trying for the most elusive title in sports at the Belmont Stakes. By now, most observers have seen more than enough to be certain that they should not count this horse out from achieving the improbable.

Here are the full results from the 2012 Preakness Stakes:

5. Teeth of the Dog
6. Optimizer
