The Run for the Roses returns to Churchill Downs for the 138th Kentucky Derby this weekend, an early spring American tradition that pits the finest three-year old thoroughbreds in the world against one another.
The all-important post positions were revealed on Wednesday from Churchill Downs on the NBC Sports Network, with the No. 1 horse the closest to the rail and the No. 20 horse the furthest.
