How To Watch The 2012 Tour of California: NBS Sports Network Has You Covered

On Sunday, the 2012 Amgen Tour of California will finally arrive. Cycling fans in the Bay Area will finally get a chance to cheer on some of the most talented riders in the world as the most prestigious annual cycling event in the United States gets underway.

Sunday's Stage 1 kicks off in Santa Rosa and will be televised on NBC Sports Network (formerly Vs.). The coverage last year was outstanding and this year will likely be no different. Stage 1 coverage begins at 2:00 p.m. PT.

You can also watch the live streaming coverage on the official Amgen Tour of California website. If that's not enough for you, there is also a free tracking app you can download for iOS and Android smartphones.

SB Nation Bay Area will have updates, previews, recaps and analysis throughout the 2012 Tour of California. And as always, excellent cycling commentary, news and insight can be found at Podium Cafe.
