San Francisco wide receiver Mario Manningham is out with a shoulder injury against New England on Sunday night.

The San Francisco 49ers will be without wide receiver Mario Manningham for Sunday night's game against the New England Patriots. Manningham has been bothered by a right shoulder injury that will cause him to miss his second straight game.

During practice this past week, Manningham was very limited and only took part in individual drills. With the receiver out, this will put more pressure on Michael Crabtree and Randy Moss to have big games. Moss dislocated a finger at practice this week, and that could possibly slow him down some.

A.J. Jenkins will get a chance to see more action for the second straight week with Manningham out. Last week, Jenkins played in his first game for the 49ers, and saw just eight plays and had no catches.

San Francisco is also going to play more two-tight-end sets, which will allow Delanie Walker to see more playing time Sunday night.

Manningham has played in 11 games this year and has 41 receptions for 449 yards.
