Among the notable injuries heading into Week 15 games in the AFC West is Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Dwayne Bowe's rib injury, which will preclude him from playing again in 2012.

The injury bug didn't bite too many players in the AFC West in Week 15, but one former Pro-Bowler, Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Dwayne Bowe, will not play again this season. Head coach Romeo Crennel announced Monday that Bowe would miss the Chiefs' remaining games and may be done entirely in KC. Bowe is on a one-year deal and it may be time for a change of scenery, the Kansas City Star reports.

Elsewhere in the West, Demaryius Thomas, having an All Pro-caliber season with Peyton Manning at the helm for the Denver Broncos, left Thursday's game — but eventually returned — with an injured shoulder. He said he's 'fine,' though, and should be good to go for Week 15 on the road against the Ravens.

For the home team, Darren McFadden practiced Monday after tweaking his injured ankle Thursday night, and should be a go in Sunday's game. That's good news for Raiders fans who are tired of watching this team without its best player.
